This lounge bench draws inspiration from the sleek lines and futuristic aesthetics of cars from the 1950s. The angled legs resemble a rising rocket, while the upholstered surface gives the illusion of an airplane wing floating on four metal cylinders. The Madison Lounge Bench captures the essence of modernism and spatial idealism prevalent in the early 60s, with a modern and renovated twist that makes it suitable for almost any contemporary style.

What sets the Madison Lounge Bench apart is its combination of comfort and design. With a size that can accommodate up to three people, this bench provides ample seating space without compromising on its light and beautiful design. The Madison Lounge Bench is crafted using high-quality materials and advanced technology. It is built with solid German Beech wood and features stainless steel cylindrical supports. The joint system, created using Italian high-end machinery, ensures durability and longevity. The bench is upholstered with high-density foam, providing both comfort and support.

Measuring 1300mm in width, 450mm in depth, and 370mm in height, the Madison Lounge Bench is designed to fit seamlessly into various interior settings. Its lightweight construction makes it easy to carry and move around, allowing for flexibility in arranging and rearranging your space.

The design and construction of the Madison Lounge Bench underwent meticulous research and testing. The joinery and angles of the structure were carefully studied to ensure the bench could withstand daily use and support up to 300 kg of weight. Four prototypes were built to fine-tune the design and ensure its strength and stability.

Overcoming the challenge of achieving visual lightness without compromising on strength was a key aspect of the design process. The Madison Lounge Bench successfully combines a sense of weightlessness with the necessary structural integrity, creating a visually striking piece that defies gravity.

Designed by Gerardo Ríos, the Madison Lounge Bench is a testament to his creative vision and attention to detail. It is a modern interpretation of the atom-punk aesthetic, with a retro accent that adds a touch of nostalgia. This versatile piece can be seamlessly integrated into any interior environment where design is key, serving both as a functional seating option and a statement piece.
